The delightful oak floored Conference Room at The Exmoor White Horse, with views out over the village green, is a multi-function room, suitable for both the formal and informal occasion. From Sales Meetings to Golden Weddings we are able to offer a variety of table layouts (examples shown below) but we will always try to meet the clients' specific requirements.

The Conference Room is available for Full or Half Day Hire, as well as for Evening Hire. The hotel can provide a range of conference equipment such as projectors, screens etc at an extra cost, for full details please contact the hotel direct. A free of charge Wireless Broadband Connection is available in the Conference Room. Water and Mints are provided on all of the tables.

In a Conference style set up with rows of chairs and head table the room can cater for approx 100 people. In a Boardroom style layout at present we can seat approx 20, although there is room for slightly more. Please ask for more information. We have a selection of Conference Menus, and a brochure is available on request. However, if you have specific Menus in mind, our Chefs will be more than happy to design a Menu accordingly.

For functions such as Weddings, Golden Weddings, Dinners etc, (as pictured above) we are able to cater for a maximum of 90 people. Once again we have a selection of Menus available and Flowers, Table Decorations, Balloons etc are available at an extra charge. A Wedding Brochure is also available on request.
