The EX-MORE Card
The Exmoor White Horse Inn values the loyalty of our customers, both new and old. Many of our customers we have known for a great number of years and as a "Thank You" to everyone for the loyalty shown to us we are introducing a new Loyalty Card Scheme on November 2nd 2008.
Terms and Conditions
The EX-MORE Card scheme is a Customer Incentive Card scheme and is promoted by Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd, The Exmoor White Horse Inn, Exford, Somerset TA24 7PY.
Anyone who registers his or her details with us can join. Certain personal details are required in order for the cards to be issued but this data will be dealt with according to Data Protection and will not be passed to Third Parties.
Upon completion of the Application Form we aim to issue the EX-MORE card within 7 days.
Your EX-MORE card is personal to you and we do not issue additional cards. The card is to be used by the registered person only and points issued are not transferable.
The EX-MORE card remains the property of Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd who reserves the right to withdraw the card or the scheme at anytime. Lost or stolen cards will be re-issued but there will be a nominal charge.
Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd will take any action they consider appropriate if they believe that the scheme is being abused, including withholding points previously credited to the cardholders account.
Points earned from Purchases and Promotions at The Exmoor White Horse Inn will usually only be added at the time of purchase but there may be certain times when points can be added at a later date. This is subject to the Company's discretion.
The EX-MORE card can also be used at various local outlets to receive a specially agreed discount rate. Details of the participating businesses will be sent to you along with your EX-MORE card and you will be notified as and when new businesses join the scheme. You will simply have to show your card at the participating outlets and a specially agreed discount rate will be applied to your purchases. We hope that this will encourage our customers to support other local business. Please note that Points will NOT be awarded against these purchases.
Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd has the right to change the terms and conditions of the scheme at any time. Notice of these changes will be find both on-site at The Exmoor White Horse Inn, and on our website www.exmoor-whitehorse.co.uk
In the event of a dispute, the decision of Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd is final.
Collecting Points on your EX-MORE Card
Spend in our Bar or Restaurant or Book Accommodation and earn
5 POINTS PER £ SPENT on Bar & Food (excluding Tobacco & Confectionary)
5 POINTS PER £ SPENT on Accommodation
Please note that Points cannot be collected for Accommodation Bookings made by Third Parties/Booking Agents or against Bookings made with any other Discount Vouchers such as our Christmas Card and Winter Warmer Offers. Points are not awarded against purchases paid for wholly or partly wth Loyalty Points.
Redeeming Points on your EX-MORE Card
1 point = 1p
A minimum of 50 points is needed before you can start to redeem your Points. Please note that Points cannot be redeemed against Accommodation Bookings made by Third Parties/Booking Agents or against Bookings made with any other Discount Vouchers.
Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd will endeavour to notify customers of any Offers that do not qualify for Loyalty Points. All of the above can be subject to alteration and there will be various promotions at different times of year, all of which will be advertised.

Participants details and any information gathered about transactions undertaken using the EX-MORE card will be used solely by Exmoor Hospitality Inns Ltd for the purpose of promoting and running the loyalty card scheme. We may contact you to inform you of offers and services, which we consider are relevant to you.
